Direct Debit
Direct Debit is the most convenient and reliable method of payment and is used by many customers already. It is also the cheapest method we have of collecting rent, allowing us to spend more of your rent payment on the provision of housing services. Payments are taken from your bank or building society account on an agreed date and are covered by the Direct Debit guarantee. Simply download the direct debit mandate form by clicking here and send it to us, and we will do the rest of the work, or please contact us for a form, by calling 01344 382800 or freephone 0800 692 3000.
By telephone
You can pay your rent by telephoning us on 01344 382800 or freephone 0800 6923 000. Please have your property reference or invoice number available.
Retail Outlets
Payments can be made at any retail outlet displaying the "Paypoint" sign. You will require your housing payment card to use this service. Please click here to find your nearest Paypoint outlet. Please be aware that payments can take up to three working days to show on your rent account.
Post Office
